Nice looking w/o jd.

I really like the way you set up your w/o's. I think we are somewhat similar in our training approach. I'm really trying to improve my conditioning while maintaining/increasing strength.

Thanks... yeah, I noticed some similarities as well.

I always want it all... don't feel "fit" if I am "just strong"....need to be able to work hard and endure, too!
