A little bit of everything today...


focus was on getting a little deeper in the squat.

mission accomplished and it felt much better than the last time i tried for extra depth.
if everything feels good tomorrow, I will try dropping the safety bars another notch.


Getting close to buying a house...tentative closing date is 2/28 if all goes well.
That would mean a larger, indoor gym!

I started working on getting really low with my squat a few months ago and really liked it. My hip flexors were shot at first but they got used to it.

Good luck on the house, man. I work out by myself anyway so having a home gym is like an even bigger dream of mine than actually owning a home!
