Did a snowy, mountain hike earlier today then the workout.

Only one round for each move. Will look to add reps then maybe sets.

Massage tomorrow!
Fun workout, especially the snowy hike.

Also, now that I will be an armed guard and may be required to protect lives, it's all the more important for me to be in prime condition.

food, working out, creatine...all the way to steroids....they are on the same continuum of performance enhancement. My research says pharma-grade test is as safe as eating a cheeseburger.

I was in CO for 10 months when I started.

That info is old...I'm doing my 2nd cycle now.

Well, you turned me on to Brooks Kubik and I bought his book.
Now I get his emails daily.

To clarify, he stated that the Mentzer-Malone formula was designed for OLYMPIC lifters and may be less accurate for powerlifters,

Part of it is the extreme intensity I maintained for decades....you can catch up to me and then do better (without the hormonal fatigue) in less than 2 years.

trying to bring back body control and muscle endurance. the main driver is the tough mudder race in September. Have to do 10-12 miles with several military-style obstacles every mile.

i have 2 body weight (muscle endurance) days, 2 powerlifting days and run/hike 2-5 days per week. starting out well so far.

Comments
Harder than expected!

This is part of a program designed to work up to one-arm pull ups, pistol squats, etc. Goal is owning 20 BW reps on all moves then adding weight up to one-half to two-thirds BW for 2-5 reps. Then evolving to negatives then true unilateral moves.

Will do a similar set up with different moves on Thursday.
