Absolutely, please edit the "no" for "Know", I didnt proofread it! I like what I am seeing so far and I am a mod on another board that has been around a long time. I can spread the word once I am done testing.

Ate a smaller meal this morning and it hit me quick this morning. Nice wakeup!
Pulled 365 for 10 singles and belted up and pulled 405 and 495. Block snatch grip deads 275 x12 (Try these if you want to bring up your hamstrings), and SSB for 8 reps with 315. Nice workout!

Running on little sleep today but a full scoop of Prodigy and 2 cups of coffee got me through.

Squatted 435 6x3 with 1:30 rest, GMs 135 3x8, GHRs, and finished up with 135 for 50 reps. Lungs were burning!
