I had a good bench workout today. Strength way up. A good start.

Wrote out my diet and supplement plan yesterday.

Gonna get my 1st 4 week's training schedule down on paper today so that it's more of a schedule instead of just 'an idea'.

After just kind of floundering for the past 2 months with my diet and only training once a week, I am completely jacked to be back under a strict regimine and SMASHING FUCKIN WEIGHTS!!! (Thanks, BBG and Dizenzo for that line).

Knowing the pain I went through last time doing 10x10, I am still pumped to hit that shit again. Probably cuz I know it'll only last 4 weeks instead of 9. lol

I'm contemplating doing an abreviated routine for this 12 weeks. Instead of my A/B schedule, I would do a set plan.

Squat
Row
Press
Bench
Dead

I need to think about this today, and weigh the pro's and cons of the two different plans. I'm thinking this simpler plan would be the way the go. I've got a few hours to decide. Once tomorrow rolls around though I'm not changing course.

It was a good week. I'm sure I'll stall soon.

I don't know if the good week was from the new program approach, or what, but I'll take it.
