OK ok I'm in an I'm rolling with the bench also, you all know my plan so I'll keep it short. I have been struggling with my bench. I have been bouncing between 205-215 for work sets of 6 reps. I'll be pushing for 240!

I'm in with 2. Both of my worst lifts. Squats and DB military press. My shoulders and my legs have always been big so I never really worked them. I just started doing squats for the first time ever 2 weeks ago. I work legs once a week. The first workout I got 125x10x3. Second I got 215x5x2 (barely) with crappy form. I wanna do a workset with 300. Hell with that 25#.
I will do 5x5's and try and up the weight each workout. i will also start hitting my legs hard from other angles.

Shoulders, they are weak because they have been injured so many times. Every time I work them they just pop and stick. The last workset I did was 55'sx10. I wanna get 85#db's x 5. That's 25# per arm. Fuck yeah I love a challenge and I need some motivation. I am going to have to train my shoulders a little differently. since they are so injury prone I will drop way off the weight and start doing more sets with higher reps at first. I will gradually up the weight and drop the reps. When they fell good I will go towards 5 x 5's.

I do not like the sounds of any part of that post, but I am way too tired to address the issues I see right now.

that's alright I know my body and i know when to change things around too. No Woreis here. What often works for me doesn't work for others. Hell, I was able to put 55# on my bench in less than 3 weeks.
