9/2/2013 Overloading/stability squat and chain bench

Reverse Band Squat
850x3x2sets (my progression was just utterly retraded. went normaly up to 705 rev band, than i jumped to 850... lol f*ck me.)

Bench + 80lbs chains
420+80lbs chains x 3 x 2sets

nothing fancy anymore boys an girls.. just the normal movements, now just perfecting them with big boy weight

9/7/2013 Week 11

Squats (these just flat out sucked... my mind was just else where at times.. ****!!!)

from the 145 untilt he 755.. my foot placement was never the same, i was everywhere! i couldnt find a damn sweet spot to safe my life.. frustrating day on the squat.

these felt good, and made me feel better about the day.

i attempted to deadlift, but forearms were shot and my hand is still hurting from the latest blow out -.-... chalk this dya up as a F UP! and move on, not losing sleep over it, just gonna ice and make sure this never happens again.

Little catch up before we talk about today (9/21/2013 Saturday) training.

Wednesday of last week was deadlifts -overall just bad day. appetite was down, and just wasn't "into it"

Friday was a day of rest/recovery. went in to spot our multiply guy though.

9/21/2013 Squat and Bench openers and seconds

Squat (need to say more? AMAZING DAY!)
bumped my opener up

opener will be roughly around 815, and my 2nd will be wither 848 or 854 (of course anything can change come meet day. if 815 doesn't move as smooth, we will drop it to 830s and pr, and end with a 848/854 3rd. if it moves like today, we will stick with plan to do 848/854 as 2nd, than 3rd will ofc be based off of movement speed but it appears to be in the ball park of 860s-880s (prolly high 860 mid 870s

same with this. but we may jump to 534 to get a pr on 2nd, or will pick a decent weight for my 2nd (523/529) both i have done already before.
