Was supposed to do close grip bench to boards tonight as well, but ran out of time. all good though, this night was NEEDED definitely gets my confidence back up. This training cycle has been up and down and playing with my emotions. This night couldn't have came any sooner. Hope yall enjoy the vid!

Close Grip bench w/ bands to 3board

365 x 5 (oops forgot close griplol)
405 x 5
drop off weight
385 x 4

Sling shot bench
495 x 5 (well 4 full lol.. damn left tri)
545 x 3 (same thing.. damn left tri)

Deadlift w/ 80lbs of chains
