Steve,
Great advice. Jan 2012 i took my 270 lb squishy ass back to the gym to run a hundred miles and made it 1/4 mile.... I quickly adjusted my plan. 18 months later i can run like the wind and lift like mad! Steady progression each week!

Reverse hack squats, I wonder if they meant starting the motion at the bottom as opposed to the top etc...a bit like a squat started from the bottom position.


Anyway...when you started on about mixed fibre, I thought they were asking about bran Not awake yet
