Default fenrisulfr does cbl

This will be my carb back loading log.
Prep phase started today. 237 lbs. 24%bf
Very disappointed in myself, cut down to 228 for vacation and I've just blown up since then. Oh well.

Will do 3 hiit sessions this week.

Several Coffees with heavy whipping cream.
4 pieces wright bacon
6 eggs
1.5 oz. Cheddar
1 string cheese



2 hard boiled eggs
Several green olives

Whey protein pwo

12 oz 90/10 burger with 1 egg 2 pieces wright bacon 1.5 oz cheddar on a bed of spinach with onion and tomato.
175 grams Brussels sprouts with a tbsp butter and lots of Parmesan cheese
.5 cup cottage cheese and a couple walnuts.

Exactly 30 net carbs.
40 carbs 10 fiber.

531 deload week and carb back loading prep phase week

Standing BB calf raise (holding, not on back)

Try to keep carbs in the prep phase as low as possible. 30g is the absolute ceiling. I know this is gonna sound blasphemous but is drop some of the starcher veggies like the onion.

Also, Kiefer typically recommends CBL for folks under 18-20% body fat. Have you looked in to carb nite?

Well I've actually been in that range for quite awhile. Very very recently being above it. I'm gonna stick with it and see what the scale says next Monday.

Yup SA. Although the book did say db would put mass on while keeping bf% the same at higher bf%. Thanks for input LD.

Anyway, I got those low carb feels.

The hiit yesterday did a pretty good job. Will do more tomorrow.
Foods:
coffees with heavy cream and coconut oil.
12 oz cheddar burger on bed of spinach.
3 hard boiled eggs
2 string cheese
green olives
Some almonds
Can of chicken breast with hot sauce.
more eggs later
Whey
Giant Chicken Caesar salad 6 net carbs

18 net carbs today, based off LD's advice.
