The thing about 531 is he encourages you to start with a max on the lighter side. I would add a few lbs to my projected max if you are really way ahead, but in general I would let it run its course.

I normally don't do the high volume you see for last night. I have been letting it run its course but on occasion I will train with Chad or someone else to get a harder push. It may only be once or twice a month where I slam the body that hard. Here in a week or so I will be training with a local PL group that compete and may end up adopting their training program. I will fund out more on their program as the week goes I hope.

If you are just running 531 as a template then doing what you are will work fine.

No, not at all. Most lifters take from a bunch of other programs and develop their own. I "do my own thing"

Form looks solid, but it is kind of hard to tell from that angle. Next time see if you can get me a view from the side. Depth looked to be hit or miss as you went up in weight. Try to make sure you get each one to depth. Got some potential there to hit some solid numbers!
