Sorry for the delay in posting...just not enough time in the day....BUT...last Sunday was my last Sunday working the second job, and, And, AND tonight will be my last Tuesday working the second job. From now on only 3 days on the second job, and Sundays completly free!!

I know things have been looking haphazard lately. There is a reason for this, and I will all be clear in about a week.
I have taken a long look as to what I am doing different now that I am stagnet, as compared to months ago when I was making great progress.
I am going to re-evaluate, re-formulate, and come out with a whole new plan of attack....Get my head OUT of my A$$, get back to work, train a LOT smarter, and get back to loving my lifting instead of it being a point of great frustration!!

More on all that a little later!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Maybe go on JB's Big? I found it to be fun and great for muscle and strength building.

You seem to sound refreshed. Life happens, and I am glad you seem to have found a way to work in lifting so that it isn't a chore anymore.
