Since I've been out of the gym form most of the week, I've deemed December as "Muscle Month" anyway. Might as well be Deadlift Month too. I'm game!

So next Monday,I will be setting a timer for 30 minutes and doing as many reps with 285 as possible. Rounded up 70% /405lbs. Sweet!

Don't know if I can because of big calves and flexibility issues but will try.
