I know distractions are a pain Rich, but the sport needs good ambassators, and you seem to fit the bill...kudos to you for taking the time....

Still not a big struggle to get all the reps, but having to work a little for the last rep of the last two sets!

Add Bench Daddy

Easily another 10-20lbs in there, maybe more

Chins

Don't know about that Jay! Shoulder still hurts, but doc says there's nothing wrong with it, so I'm gonna hammer it into submission or failure lol!
