Indeed it is Rich!! Depth, IMO, is the hardest part of the form.

Those are good reps. Don't be chained to a 5x8. My advice (or a challenge): try to add reps next week instead of going lighter. Those are some great sets and they will pay off.

Keep charging hard.

Congratz on a stunning PR Rich!! 531 is obviously working very well for you on a difficult lift. Color me impressed.
