Nice deadlifts for sure. Take care of that groin. I have OHP envy.

Nice idea on that 3-2-1 thing. That was my problem too with 5-3-1. Wish I'd have thought of that back then. My last meet would have gone much better.

Haha Mike those OHP's are getting into grinder status! After I hit my BW press next week I am going to reset and make a fresh run at 200

First rep of first set was paused for a new PR, which made the second rep a grinder! The second rep on the second set was FAIL. Didn't even try for the second rep on the last 2 sets. Not sure what happened as the ramp sets were all feeling pretty good. I was playing around a little with consciously tucking my elbows and then flaring them to complete the press. Maybe too much thinking. Anyway.......

AMAP BB Incline Press ~20 degrees
180 x 12, 11, 8 +5 reps

Pendlay row
205 x 7 x 3 +3 reps

Bench pin press
Guido took over the power rack and spent the next thirty minutes shrugging 2pps using straps

Gym has 1 ez bar and the chest/curl brahs were out in force last night. It was Thursday wasn't it?
