The 410 miss is 97.6% of my current tested 1RM so I don't feel too bad about the work lol!

No my grip wasn't an issue. In fact I may have been better off trying DOH on the 410 instead of O/U.

Could be an issue with my assistance work. Not sure if 49 chins and heavy DB rows yesterday would have an effect or not? The RDL's don't feel like they bother my lower back at all. I get a great stretch in me hammy's though!

Could also be a minor effect with my right shoulder/trap tweak.

Will do Steve! Next cycle, Cycle 10, may start seeing some stalls on a couple of lifts so it may be time for a change after that. My deadlift has really not progressed measurably for a year now.

I want to compete in my first PL meet in June so that will give a little time to try to sort things out
