That would be great to check out that new gym.

Really strong reps on the squats, any time you pick up an extra rep it's a good thing!

Truth. I remember (way back in 1984 kids) when I left NM and moved to Springfield, IL. I started training in a PL gym and the owner / competitor saw my 405x2 squat and asked if that was my personal best? Hell, that was the best in Carslbad, NM by 100 lbs. I went from best to worst in one move. There were 165s out squatting me in an old Titan.

Got to the gym an hour late again. This work thing is starting to interfere with my fun time lol!

Weight x Reps x Sets

DB bench
85 x 14 x 3 +3 reps

Meadows rows (weight does not include BB)
150 x 8 x 3 +2 reps plus an additional set for a total of +10

CGBP
285 x 5, 5, 3 +4 reps
Spotter for the first two sets did a good job on lift off. Different spotter on 3rd set had his head up his azz

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
335 x 6 +5lbs
Same spotter as last regular set. Pretty much unracked by myself. He normally does a good job but he sucked today.

DB side laterals
20 x 14 x 3 +3 reps

1 minute DB hammer curls
no time for fluff tonight

Great working as usual on CGBP Rich ... Can you pass some strength on bench to us lesser mortals ... as such I don't have anything to trade and secondly I love free stuff ... Keep up the beastly work brother ...
