My body rejected the iron last Friday, so I knew I needed to take a couple of extra days off. Plan is to hit my two heavy days this week, then take next week completely off as I will be out of town on business.

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W50 D1 Wednesday

Weight x Reps x Sets

Flat BB bench
145 x 5 paused
195 x 3 paused
235 x 2 paused
285 x 1 paused
315 x 1 paused
310 x 4, 4, 3 +5lbs and 2 rep PR, lost the 4th rep of the last set behind my head, will get it next time

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
365 x 3 +10lbs
375 x 3 +10lbs
These were pretty ezpz.

Pullups (pronated, neutral, supinated)
BW+10 x 6 x 3 +3 reps

Standing OHP
140 x 8 x 3 +3 reps, last rep was a grinder

BB curls
100 x 6 x 3 +5lbs

Dips
BW+55 x 10 x 3 +5lbs

Will try to catch up on everyone's logs when I can.
