Ouch - rest and recover city Rich. Maybe check the time since your last deload until now. Then deduct a week. This is how long it will be until your next deload. Better to schedule them into your routine, as JB taught me once you feel you need a deload, it is too late.

However, I don't think the Cervezas will do much for your recovery lol.

Its Fathers Day weekend anyway. You shouldn't be doing any heavy lifting. Rest, recover, food and beer and maybe a little extra special from the Mrs, but thats it.
