Yep, bar path is crucial and can mean the difference between reds and whites for sure. Bar path took me awhile to get the hang of, even with weekly coaching, as did tightness. Dunno about bench shirts, as I have never used one.

Have you ever thought about bench shirts?

Yeah I don't see me in a shirt, I really want to push as far as I can raw. That being said, I wouldn't rule it out as never a possibility lol.

It gives me a lot of confidence when I row the bar down below the nip line knowing I have a nice angle to push back to over my head.

Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888
