Nice belt! How in the world can y'all pull off these 20 minute sessions? I can't even finish complaining about how heavy the first set felt in that amount of time, lol. Great work, KD5!

I agree it takes me an hour just to Warmup and do my main sets.

Dawg I was just going in to go through the motions and see how my joints felt. Wasn't really fair to call it a session lol
