Flat BB bench
150 x 5 paused
205 x 3 paused
245 x 1 paused
275 x 1 paused
290 x 4 x 3 +2 reps
Back to where I was before the little sick week.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
345 x 4
315 x 8

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 10 x 3 +6 reps

Super set with OHP

Standing OHP
130 x 9 x 3 +3 reps

EZ bar curls
92.5 x 10, 10, 8 +4 reps

Dips
BW+45 x 10 x 3 +3 reps

Much better than last week. If I don't make my 5 reps @ 290 next week, it may be time to move to triples. Last time I had to move to triples was at 285 so I guess that is progress.

Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
