445 on the low pulls is pretty Strong Rich.

Triceps were fried so just went for one set AMAP.

I was toast by this point. It is after all just accessory work

1 minute DB hammer curls (goal of 50 total)

Same here. It's just curlz haha.

Got my progression on the two main lifts, so I am overall happy with the session.
