Thanks Jim I need to put in the same effort on lower as I do on upper I've had several smart lifters tell to increase weight each week until they become ball busters, then start cycling. Once I hit 185 next week I will stop going up by 10 and start increasing by 5

Great training session, KD! I'm still trying to get over the thought of 20 rep squats. 10 is torture enough. Keep tearing it up.
