Ya, jogging is murderous on Geezer shins. Go for the Elliptical - much easier on our mature bodyparts.

Warped way to have fun after rack pulls, but I like it!. Squats are also moving along quite nicely. I didn't realize you have been doing box squats before.

You didn't miss anything Jim. I did box squats last week because the G was feeling a little wonky and I wanted to make sure I didn't go too deep. That really made the weight tough!

As long as I keep my stance in and don't drift too wide, I think I'll be ok on normal squats.

Thanks Ravi! It was cardio fail but I made up for it yesterday.

Dropped my truck off at the carwash and walked down to the gym and hit the treadmill while I waited. About 40 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes travel time felt a little better
