Thanks Jim I think the pausing really helps me settle into proper depth as well as building strength out of the hole, both areas I need to improve upon!

Ok spent all day Thursday eating and drinking, tailgating and then attending the Dallas Cowgirls Oakland Raiders game, so needless to say Thursday's session didn't happen. So we made it up today, which didn't hurt my feelings since my legs are still destroyed from Tuesday I also consider the holiday bulk a success, as I lost a notch on my weight belt lol

Pic reminds me of our stadium tour, as it included a look see at the cheerleaders dressing room. One of the outfits is in a glass case, and it's hard to imagine anyone fitting into it lol. Mrs Squatter stared at it for awhile.
