Thanks Jim I certainly am proud! Excited that a 400 squat and 500 dead are not pipe dreams but will be realized in 2014

Ok back in the gym after taking a week off after competing in my first power lifting meet. Since what I am doing seems to be working, I can't see any reason to make any wholesale changes. Plan is to start around 90% or so of where I left off and start ramping back up.
To eliminate any confusion I list my work as WT x Reps x Sets

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W28 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
135 x 5 paused
185 x 3 paused
225 x 1 paused
245 x 1 paused
270 x 5 x 3

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 5 x 2

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 8, 8, 4
Died on the last set. As I type this my lats are very upset with me.

Super set with

Standing OHP
115 x 8 x 3

EZ bar curls
72.5 x 8, 8, 5
LOL I died on these. wimpy biceps brah.

Dips
BW x 10 x 3
Tri's are toast

I am feeling this session already! I fear tomorrow is going to be painful haha

I think I am also going to start doing most of my benching paused - practice how you play! Solid work on those and the pull-ups Rich!!

I also know you will own a 4PPS Squat and a 5PPS pull this coming year - especially on the platform as you are one cool cat up there.
