Meadows rows (weight does not include BB)
140 x 8e x 2 +5 reps
Dang the latz feel these!

CGBP

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
325 x 5 x 2 +2 reps

Seated DB press
55 x 8 x 2 +5lbs
Same weight as last week. Felt much stronger today. Will go up next week.

Beginning to look like it's not in the stars for that 4th session of the week. Got to the gym yesterday, got in the cardio warm up, stretching, foam rolling, started setting up the power rack for squats and the cell rings. It's work. Had to shut it down, change shoes, and head back to work.

I know, don't take your phone in the gym. Unfortunatly, I am on cal 24/7/365 and the gym doesn't pay the bills.

Yeah I'm sure the G appreciated the break, but I really did want to see how it was doing. Gonna have to play heavy day on Tuesday by ear for the next 3 weeks volume wise. Lift what the body will give me.
