Likely not a good time anyway to fix the hips shooting up issue this close to a meet. Roll with what you got now, especially seeing how 405 looked like an empty bar

Looks like you have the openers sorted.

Taking my form on deads into consideration......I an definitely not in a position to hand out advice

I will say that it looked a very conservative opener. Which is what you want for your first meet.

Only tip I can think which might benefit is to have the person doing the vids call the commands for each lift.

Other than that you are good to go!

Don't change a thing. Deadlift looked very easy. Don't mess around with anything until after the meet.

Split the difference and hit 1050!

Strong openers! Good forth and smash. You've been working hard and it's going to show when you are at the meet.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Appreciate the comments Alan. I definitely need to start working on the commands now. I have been mentally working on them, but probably not the same as "hearing" them.
