Thanks Chad! I'll probably check out the meet on Saturday just to get a feel for how it will be run. Early weigh in for me would be Saturday evening, so don't know if I want to hang around that late to get it over with, or have to be back up there early Sunday morning at 8am for regular weigh in.

Yes I am using the BD on CG overload work. It works well if you "row" the weight down to your belly. I've tried showing several brahs how to use the BD, but none of them have figured out the groove to load the strap. Even guys that out bench me raw don't get it lol.

Thanks Jim! I would never have dreamed I would be CG'ing weights this close to my regular bench!!

I didn't note it in my log, but the arm issue could be the fact that my spotter was daydreaming on my last rep of 315 CG and I basically dropped it on my chin, failing on the left side haha. Think I will take the time to set up in the cage for CG from here on out

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
