And if you were fresher you would have had it. Props for being brave enough to do it tho, as 4 PPS is scary enough to squat let alone having it over your chest.

I think the confidence I get from the Bench Daddy is just as big as the tricep work it get out of it! Seems like a 3pps paused bench is not too far away, I hope!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me.
