Haha thanks Jim! I think my mini bulk isn't hurting my gains either. Bouncing off of 210 in the afternoons some days Don't think I will make it down to the 198 class in November. Just gonna go in and lift in whatever class I land in, most likely 220.

Haha thanks Jim! I think my mini bulk isn't hurting my gains either. Bouncing off of 210 in the afternoons some days Don't think I will make it down to the 198 class in November. Just gonna go in and lift in whatever class I land in, most likely 220.
I am exactly 210 today! Lowest I got to was 207. Body just didn't want to go any lower. I didn't fight it, as I think fighting your body at our age likely isn't a very good idea.. It is what it is, and I was glad to see you accept it. Again, for me, meets are to have fun and progress, in whatever class I may be in. Good to see we are both happy in our own skin. It's a very healthy attitude.

Ha well you may have had me at one point as my highest morning weigh in was 208 Think I'll ride the strength train at least through the winter. I can't see me ever going over 220 (famous last words haha) but I don't think I want to cut down to 198. Those boys down there are pretty strong too

Paused CG with BD was way easier than I was anticipating. Of course I got a lift off for both sets.
