Top set goal is 3 sets of 5, so will stay here next week and try to grab all the reps. I'm sure I could have hit them tonight, but I was confused with the new rep/set scheme.

Deads

405 x 1 don't think I locked this out as my raw DOH grip was slipping
Put on the VG's
405 x 5 x 2
Was supposed to be high rack pulls tonight, but my last dead session really stunk, so I hit it again tonight. Have dropped the sets from 3 to 2.

Kneeling cable crunch
200 x 17 x 3

Seated calf raise
145 x 12 x 3

Pretty happy with the work tonight.

Squats and deads on the same day??? Thats pretty brutal if ya ask me....but then again, who asked me?

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

I am also very happy with that session Rich! Grade A stuff for sure. It must feel good to be repping essentially 3PPS!! It's alot of weight that still doesn't feel light to me.

Yeah Jim I was all stoked for repping 3pps next week until I realized I cut my reps short :doh:
