Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W17 D4 Friday

Squats
Bar x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
205 x 8 x 5 +10lbs
Went with a little wider stance and a little more angle out on my feet. Seemed to make it a little easier to get depth and they felt pretty good.

RDL
255 x 5
Lower back on the right side was feeling a little wonky/pumped so dumped the RDL's tonight along with the shrugs.

Shrugs
255 x 0 x 0

Ab wheel (on knees)
BW x 15 x 3 +6 reps

Calf raises single leg
BW+25 x 10 x 3 +5lbs

Leg extensions
190 x 12, 12, 10 +4 reps

SSSM (super set sex machines)
Adductor
100 x 10 x 3 +10lbs

Abductor
100 x 10 x 3 +10lbs

Other than having to dump RDL's in order to fight another day, pretty happy with tonight's work. Hope everybody has a great holiday weekend!

Nice work. Haha, yeah CGBP is just so easy when you stay in the groove.....Uh, it's just that pesky staying in the groove thing is so hard to do when you're banging out reps with that kind of weight!

Good to see squats are moving along. Take care of that G!

I read somewhere that you commented you go lower on your CG. I go a bit lower than my normal bench too. It just feels so easy and smooth if I can "row" it down and back up in the groove. Squats are my bane lol!! But I will get better
