Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W17 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
230 x 3 paused
255 x 2 paused
285 x 1 x paused PR
280 x 5 x 2 +2 reps
280 x 4 x 3 these were tougher than they should have been

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 5, 5, 4
Dang near pulled a hamstring trying to get that 5th rep on the last set. These were also harder than they should have been and nothing felt in the groove at all tonight. Had to use a different bar than my normal bar, so I decided to measure the distance between the rings, 36" !!! That's 4" wider than the regular bar I use!!! Once I saw that I wasn't near as disappointed with the work, just happy I didn't screw a shoulder!!

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 6 x 5
Dropped some reps on these but I was literally toasted already after bench, as will be noticed through the rest of the session tonight.

Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
145 x 5 x 4
Wanted to hit 6 reps per set but it just wasn't in me.

BB curls
100 x 8
90 x 7
80 x 6

Dips
BW x 15, 10, 10

Moral of the story: Don't hang out in strange bars
