It's feeling sore and weak. But less sore after lifting than before, and hopefully I am slowly strengthening that puny a$$ muscle!!

Very efficient work with the rdl's and shrugs. As Geezers, we have to be as we can only last so long in the gym right?

Good to see squats and pain both moving in the right directions.

Thanks Jimbro, I really need to be 100% soon! I feel like I am losing so much time in the strength arena! Upper body training is going great and I need stick legs to follow suit lol
