Hoping it sorts out over the weekend too! It's really beginning to irritate me!

I typically hold my breath on the concentric and breath out on the eccentric, at least on the big compounds. The 16 repper on bench with 225 I may have held my breath once I started getting fatigued, which may have caused the issue.
