Hmmm - I don't recall you ever getting headaches like this. What the heck is going on down there?

Nice rowing as well. It was suggested to me to try the 1 arm rows Meadows' style. Gonna try it on Saturday.

Better press the panic button as I am sure the guns are shrinking at an alarming rate

Man, that headache must SUCK!
I'm not sure what to calculate the bar weight as either. I just guestimated it at about 20 lbs and go with it, mostly because I'm tired of posting, "doesn't include bar weight."

I had this issue once in the past when I strained really hard for a WGPU rep. Popped an immediate headache, then fought recurring headaches for a week or two before it went away.

Not familiar with Meadow's style, reckon I need to google!

Big time sucks OR!! I think Vin set the end of the bar on a scale and it was somewhere around 20-25 pounds. I copy and paste and change the relevant info so I only type it once haha

That stinks about the headach Rich...but just a little FYI...next time think about moving the curls to first in the lineup...that way if you have to pack it in, at least the guns will get work!!.....Rule #2 in the "Bro Bible"

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

What a croc to keep getting those head aches, hope the rest over weekend sorts them out.
Just a random thought, what way are you breathing/holding breath during the lifts?
