Thanks Jom! Doc said there's nothing wrong with my shoulder, so I'm not holding back lol The only guy that asked me how many sets I had left was wanting to do BB curls brah. I told him to off

Pretty strong on the Dips there Rich...I did them for a while and liked them...probably should get back at them!

Felt good! Still no pain. Was really tempted to push up to 2pps after the first set, but decided to take the progression and not get greedy!


Deads (all with VG's)
395 x 3
405 x 3
415 x 3
Plan was 3-5 sets at 395, but the kids were lifting 4pps sumo next to me, so I had to geezer up

Kneeling cable crunch
3 x 15 x 180 +3 reps
posted this incorrectly last week

Seated calf raise
3 x 12 x 110 +10lbs
2 second hold on top

Done. Happy.
