I told him that at his age as long as he is eating like a horse, any program is going to work. He proceeds to tell me yeah, I'm eating like crazy, I had 6 granola bars at school today. <FACEPALM>!!!! Protein boy! Eat yourself some protein!!! LOL

I like that setup Rich. DB Bench, and then doing another thing barbell, whether it be CGBP or OHP. Awesome work dude.

don't even track time anymore, it is what it is until I'm done

Flat BB bench
5 x 5 x 250 +5 reps
Set up in the power rack today so no problem getting those extra reps.

Add Bench Daddy
275 x 10
Last rep was a bit of a grinder to lock out!

Chins
BW x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
superset with OHP, figured I could get more reps this way

Standing OHP
5 x 4 x 145 +5lbs
Right shoulder was feeling a little wonky so held back a little here. Just a dull pain.

BB curls
85 x 9 x 3 +3 reps

Dips
BW+40lbs x 3 x 8 +5lbs
