You know what you could do? A variation i read about is not do the last set to rep max, but try the first set

so on 5/3/1 weeks it would look like

75%x5
85%x3
95%x1
75%xmax reps

10 "walks" of 40 yards w/90 pounds.

Reading a bit, Wendler recommends walking with the prowler as opposed to sprints. Nothing is lost in the translation, still taxing on the lungs. Did this with 45-90s rest between walks

I hope so man. I'm running through overtime, so i can be debt free by 2013, so i cant afford a new set. Pisses me off. Might look into finally getting some rehbands though.
