Be careful Ben - the potential for injury on those presses looked pretty risky - definitely no bang for the buck IMO.

Awesome!! Honey Badger was so close on them. And some grip you got to catch those hammers. I like the way you pass time.

I've read where if you get those DBs way back on your shoulder and sort of press "back" they're easier to lock out. The contact with your shoulder at the start makes the push more powerful and higher, and it's easier to get under the weight and lock directly up if you start out already pretty much directly under it.

Good stuff, big fella!! Jimbo is right don't hurt yourself, but anything for fun I always say.

ED...just watched the video. You're going to get hurt. Why not stick with 5-8 good reps and improve strength than risking injury like that?

Shew, been out of it these past few days. Been running around for the landlord, and helped some move yesterday. I was doing all the heavy stuff in the rain, and had no motivation to train last night.

Thank you guys for watching out for me. It sure is fun going for maxes but bad form isn't worth it. Gotta build it up right now.
