I want to but right now im not. Besides having weights outside and weather controlling my schedule, the motivation isnt all here right now.


The basic plan for the next few weeks is to do at least two more overhead sessions before I bench again, and then wave my pressing with light pauses/heavy work every other week and focus more on setting 2RMs

I will do front squats (and deadlifts together once I get more plates in a couple weeks) front squats up to 315 asap, and learn to take the pain.
