That surface wont work. I also shit my britches.


I have another idea for deficits which involve folding tables. But I took it real easy, theres a sharp pain in my shin directly under the left knee. It only hurts in the bottom position when ive got tension on the bar.

Wanted to do hamstring curls but were hiking tomorrow. Gonna climb a waterfall. Probably in the dark.


In other news, Eric Lilliebridge hit a 925 squat for a DOUBLE. Dang I need to get to work!

Fouled your britches? You mean you don't have one of them fancy trapdoors in the back?

I'm thinking more solid objects to stand on for deficits. Stack pieces of plywood or loose wood scraps maybe or hardback books you hate, etc. Anything folded doesn't sound good to me.

Ben, if you have enough 35 and 25 lb plates, use them for deficits. If the biggest plates on the bar are 35 pounders, that is a 1 in deficit...25 lb plates = 2 in deficit.....but ya gotta have enough to get the weight you want....

Yeah the whole problemo is I dont have enough plates. Everything I have including the bar is 290lbs. Need more lol.

Didnt go hiking, had a couple people bail out and call me lame. More on that later.
