I have been sick with sinus issues this last week or so and this weather isnt helping any. If it wants to stay cold, thats fine with me, just stay that way.

3/20 Speedy bench day

Bench:
95X10
135X8
185X5
205X8X3

CGFP:
135X3X10

JM Press:
95X3X5

Assisted Chins:
-140X2X10

Notes: Pretty meh workout. Endurance was still suffering pretty badly here.

3/21/2013 Deadlift day

Deads:
135X5
225X5
315X4
365X3X2

RDL:
225X3X5

Shrugs:
315X3X5

Notes: Changed up deadlift day to keep up with my higher operating level at work. We are busy as hell and I cant afford to be crippled with doms at work right now. I like the change so far.
