Quite a few have mentioned Walden Farm calorie-free spreads, and I've always wondered how a food can be entirely calorie-free; looking at the nutrition label the only thing measurable is sodium and that can't be a good thing.

Have people really got to the point where instead of having a little bit less peanut butter or a little bit less of some other food in order to allow themselves a spoonful of peanut butter, that they will spread useless "food" on a piece of bread or other substance (maybe an equally zero-calorie food) just so that they can have their cake and eat it?

Isn't it better and much wiser to have the peanut butter and show constraint than to eat whatever the hell that stuff above really is?

And it most likely does not taste very good either. Just eat a plain piece of bread or toast instead of spreading this on it as it would taste better.

I was told there was meat in my food, but i didn't believe them, so I added more meat.

But seriously, I used to use all sort of low carb items in my first round of weight loss. I still use a few, but I'm much more picky now. I'd rather have things a little less sweet than packed with artificial sweeteners these days.
