Most of the time a of coke at the start. Diet or normal. Sometimes a coffee. Sometimes a can of a red bull type drink aka 'monster'.

I dont need a pump. I Dont need to be wired. I dont need a supp for focus, even if they worked

Muscle Marinade is awesome. It does take a little longer to kick in so I would give it 45 min. It tastes like crap but so does vodka, but like vodka it's the effect that matters.

I am making my own pre workout drink for reasons of ecomony . . .The over the counter powders are hugely expensive.

5g Beta Alanine, 4g Citrulline Malate, 200mg Caffeine, 4g Taurine. Mix with water. and a wee bit of OJ

Not taken every day . . . .only once a week or less . . on a ME day. Makes a difference.

I just finished up some Craze by Driven Sports really good product and I will probably use it again. But with so many different products out I would like to try another different one.

I was thinking about Cellucor C4 Extreme, really good deal right now at M&S also.

So what are you taking and is it a good product?

C4 is a good product I also like assaualt and k otic. There my go to 3.

I tried 1MR before. It is pretty powerful if you take the full scoop. It could affect your sleep if you are taking it at 7:00 pm (I used to take it in the morning).

That would be a really good cost effective and make it yourself pre w/o. the only thing I would add (since I train first thing in the morning) is some amino acids (or at least bcaa's).

Currently having GREAT success with K-Otic. I was using Juggernaut prior to that, and my only complaint there was having to up the dosing, but that's a small issue. I used to take 1MR, and it was potent, but tasted awful.

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.

Anyone have some recommendations? I like the ones that make you jittery and have a serious up (even if there is a crash).

Sounds good to me, I like that crack head feeling sometimes. It helps with homework after I lift.
