Yeah real excited to bulk. Plan is to start kicking up the calories on the first probably go up about 150 cal/day each week until I approach a 2-300 cal surplus. Then I will continue to add slower and continuously increase my training volume little by little, I'd love to be eating around 5k and training twice a day come august.
