Thanks Jim, all the benching felt great too. I'm stoked I tried those wrist wraps, I didn't realize how much I need them until today. I think the back should be ok, I've definitely had it feel worse than this. Best case, I'm good to squat friday, otherwise monday I should be good.

Thanks guys, I doubt there is gonna be any way I can lift tomorrow. The back is still pretty sore, but I did just get up, sometimes things have a way of loosening up through the day, trying to stay positive.

Looking strong, Rando. Hope the back gets sorted soon. I recommend the KLA 2000s from Anderson Powerlifting for wrist wraps. I absolutely love mine.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Took about 2.5 minutes from wake up to stand up today. RPE 9. Next Weeks training will most likely not be going as planned. I won't squat or dl with my back like this, might not bench. But I can still do assistance work to help my big there. Any ideas or suggestions feel free, ur help is appreciated.
